Individuals living with behavioral health conditions constitute a
hidden workforce; one that is often overlooked. Stigma related to
behavioral health conditions, often prevents individuals from
seeking professional help. The unemployment rate for individuals
with a behavioral health conditions is more than 80 percent. The
intent of this conference is to learn ways to decrease stigma and
increase employment for individuals living with behavioral health
conditions.
