ADII offers expert consultation and technical assistance to agencies of all kinds--acting as a catalyst for change, a developer of new continuing education resources, and a clearinghouse for existing information.
We offer three levels of consultation:
1. Long-range planning, continuous quality improvement
2. Developing strategies to address a specific issue (internal or external)
3. Helping to implement a specific strategy that has already been identified by the customer
Costs for these services may be covered by existing grant resources or negotiated based on the services needed.
