Outreach Academy

The Outreach Academy is a gathering space to provide information, skills workshops, and resources to outreach workers in Washington state, enabling them to conduct outreach confidently, effectively, and safely. The sessions were tailored to new and experienced outreach workers and their direct supervisors and topics included: self-care, overdose response, harm reduction, equity, and underserved populations. The academy featured state and local subject matter experts on homelessness, outreach, engagement, and recovery services.

FCS Learning Symposium

This one-and-a-half day event facilitated an opportunity for FCS and GOSH providers statewide to network with their peers, share their own subject-matter expertise, and deepen their knowledge of the FCS program and fidelity to the evidence-based practices on which the program is built. Attendees enjoyed inspirational large-group presentations highlighting the hard work and successes of FCS and GOSH programs statewide. Additionally, attendees had an opportunity to engage with FCS and GOSH participants who were generously willing to share their honest lived experiences receiving supportive services, and interactive, peer-focused breakout sessions focused on best practices and emerging trends in supportive housing, supported employment, social determinants of health, and more.

Housing First Annual Meeting

This 1.5 day event was a gathering featuring topics centered around best practices for Housing First and related principles and provided training for direct service providers who work with individuals that may be experiencing homelessness and living with a Behavioral Health Condition. It helped attendees gather critical knowledge needed to work with these populations safely and successfully.

WA State DVR In-Service

An opportunity for staff of WA State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation to connect, collaborate, learn, and network over 2-day event covering everything rom Rapid Meaninful Engagment, Mental Burnout + Wellness, and more. 

Traumatic Brain Injury Conference

This event provided an opportunity for professionals who work in the field of TBI and TBI community members to connect for a two-day learning event through workshops, networking, and resource sharing.
